SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all of our products via Australia Post (www.auspost.com.au)

Our order turn around can vary from 1-10 business days depending on the items ordered and if they are a custom build for your order.

All orders will be sent with a tracking number to your allocated email.

Please ensure that your shipping and contact details are up to date and correct before checking out with your order. The Crab Lab cannot be held responsible for packages going missing due to incorrect shipping details entered at checkout.

RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

We currently do not offer exchange or returns for change of mind due to items being custom created for you. All sales are final.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel via email at thecrablab@outlook.com.au please include photos and a description of the damage.
